At Currimundi Family Doctors, registrar education has been at the heart of our practice for many years. We are proudly accredited with the RACGP as a dedicated teaching practice, reflecting our strong commitment to supporting doctors on their pathway to fellowship.

Our registrars are guided by four supervisors, both male and female, who offer a breadth of knowledge and perspectives. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, supervision is tailored to the individual, with regular feedback, exam preparation support, and guidance designed to help registrars grow in both skill and confidence.

Learning at Currimundi goes well beyond the consulting room. We run quarterly, interactive teaching evenings where registrars gain practical, hands-on experience in areas such as Mirena insertion, skin procedures, plaster casting, and Medicare compliance. These sessions are not only educational but also a chance to collaborate and learn in a collegial setting.

One of the hallmarks of our practice is its team culture. Many of our doctors and staff have worked side by side for years, creating a genuinely supportive and family-oriented environment. With an open-door policy and a wide mix of doctors with special interests, registrars are constantly exposed to new learning opportunities in real time.
