Dr Fiona is currently travelling & working around Australia for Queensland Health & her family. We look forward to welcoming her back in 2026.

Dr Fiona McLellan grew up in Townsville where she pursued a passion for all things outdoors as a young teenager.

After travelling the world and then working for a Cancer Organisation for several years she returned to study Medicine at the University of Queensland, with an intern year at Nambour General Hospital followed by several more around the Sunshine Coast region before commencing General Practice.

Dr Fiona is interested in a variety of areas of medicine including paediatrics, women’s health and endocrinology, and is a Sunshine Coast University Hospital preferred Antenatal Provider.

In her spare time she loves travelling, exercising, playing board games, eating good food and spending time camping or at the beach with her husband and their children.
