Currimundi Doctors is thrilled to announce that Dr Bianca Melzner has joined us for 2025! After multiple years working on the Sunshine Coast and around Queensland, Dr Bianca will be taking on existing patients of Currimundi Family Doctors.

Dr Bianca Melzner is an enthusiastic GP registrar with a strong commitment to general practice, driven by a passion for patient relationships and holistic care. After completing her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Adelaide in 2020, she gained hands-on experience during a rural GP placement in South Australia, where she worked alongside notable mentors, including Dr David Lam, 2019 RACGP National GP of the Year.

Dr Melzner’s clinical experience includes diverse rotations across emergency medicine, obstetrics, gynaecology, and general surgery in both Adelaide and the Sunshine Coast. Dr Melzner is particularly interested in women’s health and palliative care. She aims to promote wellness, disease prevention, and patient empowerment.
