Dr Franco Ambrosio studied medicine and completed his training at the University of Queensland in 1993. He then gained further years of experience as a surgical registrar before settling into skin cancer medicine within General Practice. With his surgical clinical experience, Dr Franco focuses entirely on skin checks and procedures. He has a loyal following and is a well-known and respected skin cancer GP on the Sunshine Coast.

Dr Franco has over 20 years’ experience in the practice of early detection and treatment of skin cancers. Our custom-built procedural theatres and state of the art equipment allow him the best environment to diagnose and treat skin cancers. A referral is not required to book an appointment with Dr Franco.
