DR SANDRA ZEEMAN RETIREMENT UPDATE.

Dear valued patient,

We are writing to inform you that Dr. Sandra Zeeman has made the decision to retire from Currimundi Family Doctors from Dec 2024. Dr. Zeeman has been an integral part of our team, and we will all miss her deeply. We would like to take this opportunity to thank her for the exceptional care she has provided to her patients over the years.

As part of this transition, we understand that you may have questions about your ongoing care. Please be aware that our current GPs do not have the capacity to take on Dr Zeeman’s patient base.

In the new year, we will be welcoming new doctors to our practice, we will provide an update in relation to the new year as soon as we have more details to share. In the meantime, our current doctors are happy for you to make an appointment for any immediate healthcare needs such as acute illness or repeat prescriptions but please note we are a privately billing clinic and fees will apply (Click here for details) .

We understand you may require another healthcare provider for long-term care now, and our team is happy to assist you in transfer of medical records free of charge.

Thank you for your understanding during this transition. We remain committed to providing you with the highest standard of care, and we look forward to continuing to support your health and well-being in the new year.
